Refund policy

For Customers in Kuwait

Return Timeframe:

• Occasion / Evening Wear (Dresses, Embroidered Corsets, Blazers): Within 24 hours
• Casual Wear: Within 14 days

Return Conditions:

To be eligible for a return or exchange, items must:

• Be in original packaging
• Be new, unused, and without any odor
• Have the “One Avenue” tag still attached
• Include the original invoice

Important:

Items that are damaged, worn, soiled, or altered may be rejected and returned to the customer.

Refund Method:

Once our team confirms that the item meets all return conditions, a full refund will be issued at our store location.

Sale items are not refundable.

Please note that international orders are not eligible for return or exchange.
